Diana Cardenas

Diana Cardenas

Onsite Property Administrator

Diana hails most recently from Redlands, California. Although she has thus far only lived in Southern California, she is thrilled to have made the move to the Pacific Northwest. While she adjusts to the area’s very different weather, she is eager to explore Washington’s many natural wonders.

Diana is a graduate of California State University, San Bernardino, where she received a Bachelor’s degree in Business Management. She has worked in commercial property management since 2012, first in an operations department, before transferring to a more accounting heavy position as an Accounts Receivable Analyst. She is excited to further her professional growth by taking on a more active role in property management. Diana assists Kelly with a multitude of accounting, administrative, and resident related tasks.Together, the two have become a dynamic property management duo.

In addition, Diana is a licensed realtor in the state of California. In her free time, she loves working out, connecting with nature, eating healthy foods, and at the behest of her new colleagues, trying new cuisines. She lives by her mantra: to be happy in life.

Carolann Shirley

Onsite Leasing Manager

Carolann hales from a small town north of Seattle and spent much of her youth imagining life in the city. She is delighted now to both work and live on the Hill. Carolann jumped into the property management industry almost three years ago and loves it. She enjoys seeing people settle into their homes and strives to form long-lasting relationships with her residents.

In her free time, Carolann finds any excuse to take a ferry ride, travel to new and exciting places, or take long drives into Washington’s evergreen forests. She is also passionate about environmental sustainability and stewardship, and tries to incorporate it into her life as much as possible.

Kayla Stevens

Senior Community Manager

Kayla Stevens is a born and raised Washingtonian. She started her nearly decade-long real estate career in north Seattle, and most recently comes from Essex Property Trust where she specialized in multi-site property management. Kayla appreciates the entrepreneurial and nimble working environment that Hunters Capital offers.

When Kayla isn’t working, she enjoys spending time with her husband and baby son, Tango the dog, and Tank the cat. Her family loves to hike the Pacific Northwest’s many great trails. A foodie, Kayla enjoys hosting elaborate dinner parties for friends. In addition, as any good Seattleite does, she enjoys her daily cup(s) of coffee and trying the region’s many different roasteries.

Alejandro Calderon

Alejandro Calderon

Maintenance Technician

Alejandro has five years of grounds keeping experience at Glen Acres, a 22-acre, 200+ unit residential complex in south Seattle. Prior to his entrance into property management – as a production supervisor – Alejandro managed over 120 employees for ten years at the Western United Fish Company in South Seattle.

Alex’s lengthy work experience has given him many skills, encompassing all facets of building maintenance, from plumbing to electrical work to general construction. He takes great pride in caring for Hunters Capital’s beautiful portfolio.

Alex likes to help people and has volunteered for several organizations in Seattle. In addition, he enjoys spending time with and cooking for his family.

Simon Gaspar

Groundskeeper

Simon is the most recent addition to the Broadway Building’s team. He ensures that the property’s environs are kept in immaculate condition. Originally from Guadalajara, Mexico, Simon grew up in Phoenix, AZ before settling in Seattle three years ago. He and his wife have a beautiful baby boy. He enjoys swimming, showing off his soccer moves, and playing video games. In his spare time, he helps his family’s catering business.
