Neighborhood

Flanked by restaurants and cafes, parks and boutiques, music venues and galleries – the Broadway Building is located in the vibrant Pike/Pine neighborhood. Live in the beating cultural heart of not only Capitol Hill, but all of Seattle.

Our community is surrounded by pedestrian friendly streets and is just a short walk from Seattle’s downtown business and retail core. Seattle is known as a city of neighborhoods and the area’s superb public transit makes exploring these easy! The Capitol Hill light rail station is a quick 5-minute walk away.

Broadway Buildings street level features a wide array of retail spaces including Zushi Sushi, Ian’s Pizza, Fob Poke, One Medical,  and Emerald City Smoothies. Directly next door you’ll find Blick Art Supply, Sugar Pill Apothecary, and Rock Box Karaoke Bar.

And…. the neighborhood has a Walk Score of 99!
